The Partners
Robert J. Lawlor,
CPA is a graduate of Fairleigh Dickinson University
and is certified in New Jersey. Bob is a member of the
American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and
the New Jersey Society of Certified Public Accountants.
He is currently the managing partner of Lawlor & O'Brien.
Prior to co-founding the firm, Bob was an audit manager
at Mann Judd Landau, a regional CPA firm which is now
the middle market division of Deloitte and Touche. Bob
specializes in accounting and auditing for the dentistry,
mortgage banking, and transportation industries.
David F. O'Brien,
CPA is a graduate of the Bernard M. Baruch College
of the City University of New York. Dave is certified
in New York and New Jersey. He is a member of the American
Institute of Certified Public Accountants and both the
New York State and New Jersey Society of Certified Public
Accountants. In addition, Dave is a licensed life and
health insurance producer as well as a licensed stockbroker.
Dave is responsible for the firm's financial services
practice. After leaving Mann Judd Landau as a senior
auditor, Dave co-founded Lawlor &
O'Brien in 1989. Dave specializes in low-income housing
and construction industries.
